Of Paramount Importance is informing you of enabling 2FA on your MTI Back Office Profile. If you have not enabled this on your profile your account may be at risk. Follow the instructions presented in the video; basically fill in the details in the MTI payment information screen via “Add funds of your wallet section” such as amount of bitcoin sent, the blockchain transaction ID (or TXID) and upload a proof of payment screenshot. Once the MTI admin has confirmed and approved your bitcoin transfer it will appear in your trading account.
